Job Title: Behavioral Health Counselor
Location: Mendocino County, CA

We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our diverse and dedicated behavioral health team. This role offers flexible treatment modalities for a wide range of DSM-V disorders, making it ideal for a self-motivated clinician who thrives in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide brief and long-term psychotherapy for individuals, families, and couples.
• Conduct bio-psychosocial intakes, diagnostics, and risk assessments.
• Make referrals for psychiatric services when necessary and assess when higher levels of care or 5150 procedures are needed.
• Engage in some administrative duties and collaborate with an integrated care team.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker credentials (required).
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field (required).
• Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches (CBT, DBT, MI, ACT, etc.).
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred.
• Spanish-speaking ability preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to relocate to Mendocino County, CA.

Compensation:

• Starting pay for LCSW: $45/hour (up to $52/hour based on experience; $57-64/hour after 3 years).
• $12,000 housing stipend (first year) for qualifying applicants.
• $10,000 signing bonus for qualifying applicants (paid out as $2,500 on start date, following day 90, following day 180, and following day 270).
• Annual raises, bonuses, and company-matched 401(k).

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts, 4-days per week (either Monday-Thursday; Tuesday-Friday; or Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday).
