Previous experience in a medical or behavioral health office setting preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using computers, databases, and EHR systems.

Familiarity with insurance verification processes.
