Soar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities:

Conduct therapy sessions under supervision.

Implement behavior intervention plans.

Collect and record data on patient progress.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.

Experience with autism spectrum disorders preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
