Arundel Lodge, Inc. is a behavioral health agency located in Edgewater, MD. Our mission is to improve the lives of children, adults, and families impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. The Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center (BHUCC) is located on the campus of Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center and serves those in need of short term urgent care to manage a mental health or substance use disorder.
The Director of Urgent Care Center is a leadership role for a program that provides urgent care utilizing assessment and treatment processes to deliver treatment and care. Individual will be responsible for oversight of Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Therapists, Office Staff, and management of daily activities.
The Rapid Access for Youth (RAY) Team Project Director provides supervision, management, and oversight of all clinic and project responsibilities, coordination with Evaluator and other consultants, leads data collection and reporting and quality improvement initiatives, and serves as primary contact for all community and school partner development.
Education required; Must have a Masters level licensure LCSW-C, LCPC, CRNP, or RN and related field of study. Rate of pay is based on education, experience, and licensure level.
Responsibilities include;
- Directs, evaluates, plans and organizes BHUCC with multidisciplinary staff that delivers comprehensive behavioral health services.
- Responsible for overall administrative and clinical supervision or designation of supervision of clinic staff.
- Responsible for developing and monitoring program budget.
- Coordinates services with other agency components and community sites.
- Maintains records and statistics for regulatory agencies.
- Quarterly updates for outcomes data and quality improvement
- Liaison with Grantor
- Maintain engagement with community stakeholders
- Contact for community and school partners
- Coordinate weekly meetings with grant consultants
- Provides Diagnosis, medication management, and medical treatment as it relates to the patients mental health needs for patients on caseload.
- Provides overall leadership, guidance and consultation to a multidisciplinary behavioral health care team whose mission is to provide immediate walk in assessment and treatment and ongoing bridge services to appropriate outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment.
