We're immediately hiring passionate Behavior Therapists in Irvine, California and surrounding areas to join our team, delivering Play-Based ABA Therapy to families in a variety of settings including homes, communities, schools, and clinics.

Starting Pay Range: $21.18 - $28.42/hour

- You love working with children and enjoy engaging in play.
- You have a high school diploma/GED and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
- You hold a valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation.
- You’re available to work in the early or late afternoons, with occasional Saturday availability.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 behavior-analytic services through play-based therapy to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
- Implement positive behavior strategies developed in collaboration with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Use data-driven techniques to support children’s individualized treatment plans in home, community, school, or clinic settings.
- Document progress and outcomes with data collection and session notes.
