Job Responsibilities:
- This role involves building and maintaining relationships with candidates, clients, and vendors to facilitate successful placements and fulfill staffing requirements
- Source and identify potential consultants who are on the bench or available for project assignments through various sources including job boards, networking, referrals, and social media
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a steady pool of resources to meet client requirements
- Engage with candidates to understand their skills, experience, preferences, and availability
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to understand their staffing needs and align candidate profiles accordingly
- Negotiate rates and terms with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements while maintaining competitive market standards
- Present candidate profiles to clients, highlighting relevant skills, experience, and fit for the specific job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates
- Must have to do full cycle recruitment.
- As a Bench Sales Recruiter need to be involved in selling the bench consultants, including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiations, and closing.
- Involved in sales i.e., bench consultants to the Vendors and Clients for the requirements.
- Searching the requirements for the allotted bench from portals, groups and with contacts. Sharing the requirements with the consultants by his/her comfort ability used to submit the resume to the recruiter.
- Metrics-driven & Process Oriented. Prior experience implementing solid bench sales processe
- Well-versed with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and the US Immigration processes (H1-B, H-4, E-3, TN 1/2, Green Card, OPT, CPT.)
- Prior experience with Sales, Marketing, Business Development is plus to have
- Able to create Training programs
