We are looking for a Benchsales Recruiter having an aggressive approach towards work. We are looking for a passionate, goal-oriented recruiter who has strong work ethics and strong commitment levels. Strong Verbal and Written communication skills are MUST HAVE for this role.

Job Description:
- Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.
- Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client.
- Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.
- Generate, Interact and Develop Tier-1 Vendors or Implementation partners network daily.
- Look up for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, and following up for interview schedules.
- Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
- Ability to demonstrate full sales Lifecycle.
- Knowledge of all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).
- Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generating daily reports and updating them.
- Evaluate candidates for the requirements based on skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications.
- Understanding their requirements and clearly articulating the resume and formatting it as required.
- Communicating with the consultants on a monthly Basis and updating about submission and interviews.
