Position Summary: Monitors and supports employee benefits plans for the District by coordinating, implementing, and maintaining up-to-date files and reporting for programs that include, but are not limited to group health, other forms of group insurance, retirement, capital accumulation, and statutory areas such as unemployment

Salary: $27.80 - $36.72 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on experience.
Location: Fiscal Services
Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).
Experience/Education
The position typically requires an Associate’s degree and two years of progressive
experience in a human resources or equivalent function encompassing employee benefit plans. Additional experience in benefit plan support or related human resources or insurance area many substitute for some higher education.
Licenses, Certifications, Bonding and/or Testing Required
May require a valid driver’s license
