Job Description:

Key Responsibilities 

• Attends internship events and functions including but not limited to social networking events and roundtables.
• May present to Executive Leadership Team at the end of the internship.
• Assists with assignments the team is currently working on.
• Familiarizes oneself with the functions of the department.
• Contributes valuable work through delivering against performance goals and assigned projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Analysis of weekly FMLA reports to determine corrections
• Analysis of weekly Workers’ Compensation reports to provide to FMLA administrator

• Communication development and enhancements
  • Newsletter communications that are sent via email
  • Video format communications with voice-over narration
  • Enhancement of graphics and overall design of other benefits-related communications sent to office and manufacturing colleagues
• Qualified Medical Child Support Order processing
• Over Age Dependent Letters
• Dependent Verification support
• Creation of PowerPoints, including a Safety Minute, for monthly HR Coordinator meetings
• Review of colleague participation in well-being initiatives to help determine effectiveness of the programs and to make recommendations for improvements. 

Education and Experience 

• Pursuing a masters in Human Resources is preferred

Knowledge and Skills 

• Takes initiative and is intellectually curious.
• An effective communicator, both written and oral. 
• Some knowledge of the function related to the position.

The pay range for this position is $ 0.00 to $ 0.00 per hour. The base pay offered for this position may vary based on market data and other factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may be eligible for a short-term incentive in addition to base pay.
