Florida SouthWestern State Collegeis accepting resumes in search of a Benefits Administrator to join our exceptional Human Resources team. This position provides authoritative benefits administration and analytical support for theCollege’s employee benefit plans and programs within the Office of Human Resources. TheBenefits Administrator researches, analyzes and interprets data to recommend enhancements toplans, policies, systems and procedures. This position provides guidance and assistance toemployees in areas of benefits to include, but not limited to, insurance programs, retirementplanning, leave policies. The Benefits Administrator will serve as a subject matter expert whilebuilding strong relationships with College employees by providing excellence in service, quality,productivity, and professional standards. Work requires extensive knowledge and close adherenceto College Operating Procedures and applicable Federal and State laws.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education with aconcentration in Communications, Business, Human Resources or related field.
- Five (5) years of related full-time professional work experience. Appropriate combination ofeducation and experience may be substituted.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated experience using a personal computer, office software such as MS Office (MSWord, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and electronic mail.

Annual Salary:$52,367.17
