Coke Florida is searching for a Benefits Administrator, Total Rewards to work out of our Tampa HQ area office.
What you will do:
Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, the Benefits Administrator has primary responsibility to assist in the development and administration of Total Rewards benefit program for Coca Cola Beverages Florida. Total Rewards benefit elements include Health/Insurance Benefits, Wellness, Retirement and Service/Recognition programs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Administration of Coke Florida's service/recognition programs by providing support to designated functions.
- Lead the annual open enrollment processes to ensure a seamless execution
- Plans, designs, develops, and conducts analysis, interprets results and makes recommendations for wellness programs aligned to Coke Florida's business strategy.
- Provides counsel to Human Resources staff on wellness and benefit programs and policies.
- Assists associates and supports the administration, education, and communication of all Total Rewards policies including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, retirement, prescription drug plans, short-term disability leaves, workers compensation leaves, family and medical leaves under FMLA, and wellness programs.
- Reviews, analyzes, and recommends wellness changes that will be beneficial for employee health.
- Pursues initiatives and projects that improve Total Rewards operations and improved services to employees. Continually seeks new and innovative methods and process improvement solutions.
- Support ACA process and all annual reporting requirements.
- Reconciliation of monthly carrier bills.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
For this role you will need:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of three years of related benefit work experience within the Total Rewards discipline
- Strong knowledge of regulations, procedures, practices and Federal laws associated with health benefits
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work with multiple reporting systems to extract data using VLOOKUP
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work and complete multiple tasks under aggressive timeframes
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
