Location: Memorial City
Length: Temporary role lasting 6 months, could get extended
Pay Rate: $90-110K, DOE -
Additional Details: Should be strong with 5500, non-discriminated testing, true-ups, and Excel (pivots and tables)
Overview: Provides intermediate level, professional, HR specialty support and project delivery for a variety of programs and initiatives within the benefits area.
Skills and Abilities: Ability to:
- Demonstrate proficiency in problem identification and resolution
- Analyze and interpret data and make recommendations independently
- Develop reports to assist with or support decision-making
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills in order to interact with all assigned levels of staff
- Demonstrate good report writing and presentation skills
- Work in a team / project / matrixed, multi-cultural environment
- Show good planning and organization skills and ability to meet deadlines for small projects or tasks while delivering day-to-day requirements
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with: MS Office including Word, Excel and/or Access, PowerPoint
Knowledge: - Knowledge of laws, regulations, compliance, and governance requirements in assigned area
- Good knowledge of benefits
- Some knowledge of our business is preferred
Minimum Education and Certification: - Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related degree or equivalent experience
- Specialized courses or professional development programs in Human Resources or employment law are encouraged
- Professional certification preferred
Minimum Experience: - Typically 2 - 6 years directly related experience with some internal experience preferred in order to know the business, organizational structure, and administrative procedures, processes, and HR systems
- Experience in similar industry preferred
Leadership: - No leadership responsibilities, but may serve as a resource to others with less experience
