Position Summary
The Benefits Coordinator will provide retirement and benefit support for University Health System employees. This professional prepares retirement calculations, conducts retirement meetings, processes and audits retirement reports. This professional will also maintain a working knowledge of applicable laws, and IRS limits pertaining to retirement plans. Assists with other benefit team initiatives and employee benefit enrollment.

Experience/Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field is required.
Two year’s recent experience in benefits preferred.
PC and windows experience to include spreadsheets, database management and word processing competence is required.
