Benefits Analyst - Masco Corporation

We are on the hunt for a Benefits Analyst to support the Weyerhaeuser benefits team in the administration of our retirement, health and welfare plans. *Responsibilities*
* Provide general support for US and Canada DC and DB Retirement Plans as well as health and welfare plans.
* Coordinate monthly retirement plan reporting & data management/reconciliation; oversee regular data interfaces and validate data flow and calculations (employee and employer contributions).
* Provide audit support
* Help resolve complex benefits issues with payroll, shared services and vendors
* Coordinate with payroll to ensure appropriate administration of processes specific to all benefit plans (qualified and non-qualified)
* Assist with rate analysis and DB, DC and NQP plan calculations
* Support special projects, conversions, acquisitions and divestitures
* Support union benefits negotiations (research/provide data); assist with union Joint Pension Board requests
* Assist with ACA reporting
* Minimum 5 years of experience supporting benefits administration
* Strong research and problem-solving skills
* Experience with HRIS systems and vendor interfaces
* Demonstrated analytical skills
*Preferred:*
* Bachelor's degree in related field (may consider equivalent work experience)
* Experience managing compliance reporting
* Experience responding to benefit plan audits
* Experience supporting both US and Canadian Retirement Plans

*Compensation:*This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $79,300 to $119,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

*Retirement:*Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.
*Paid Time Off or Vacation:* We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours.
