In the role of Benefits Consultant, you will interact with our clients virtually, providing them with detailed explanations of their private benefits insurance options. Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct Remote Client Consultations: Meet with clients (virtually) to understand their financial goals, assess their needs, and provide information about different solutions. This involves explaining policy features, coverage options, and premium costs.
• Provide Customer Service: Provide ongoing customer support to policyholders by addressing client questions, assisting with policy changes, and helping with claims processing.
• Uphold Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to industry regulations and company policies by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to client interactions and transactions.
