Title: Benefits Invoicing Coordinator
Location: New York, NY – Midtown
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 5:00PM EST
The Benefits Invoicing Coordinator is responsible for program cost reporting (Financial Manager Reporting), responding to inquiries from corporate accounting and vendors, and supporting vendor self-billing/invoice payment processes and program funding. Additional position duties include:

The Benefits Invoicing Coordinator is responsible for program cost reporting (Financial Manager Reporting), responding to inquiries from corporate accounting and vendors, and supporting vendor self-billing/invoice payment processes and program funding. Additional position duties include:
- Assisting in preparing monthly financial manager reports and required Corporate Accounting reporting, including reconciling fees/charges by identifying errors in reporting
- Preparing requests for payment with all supporting documentation, obtaining appropriate approvals and processes, following Hearst procedures
- Receiving, researching, and resolving internal and external inquiries concerning account statuses, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate parties
- Filing and maintaining payment documents, records, and reports
- Handling all vendor billing correspondence via phone or email
- An understanding of HR and/or payroll systems and tools that support the benefits function
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in the use of relevant PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with all levels of management and employees
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work efficiently independently, as well as in a team environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Experience with the Oracle platform preferred
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in HR or other relevant field preferred
