Responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefits programs and policies.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Conduct benefits orientation and training for staff.
• Analyze and report on benefits utilization and trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
