Job Title: Benefits Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage health & welfare programs, 403(b) retirement plan, and leave of absence processes.
• Oversee workers' compensation and disability claims management.
• Evaluate current benefits programs and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with HR to enhance employee engagement and communication regarding benefits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
