Benefits and Payroll Analyst - Oxford Solutions, Inc

Opening with our financial service client for a Benefits and Payroll Analyst. Hybrid work schedule (downtown Pittsburgh, PA).

In this role you’ll manage our payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key tasks include data analysis, resolving payroll and tax issues, and serving as a liaison with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, claims, and compliance with HIPAA, ACA, and FMLA.
• Serve as the systems administrator for payroll and benefits in Workday.
• Communicate benefits information to employees and coordinate open enrollment.
• Reconcile payroll and benefit accounts and report expenses to accounting.
• Conduct new employee orientations and provide ongoing payroll and benefits support.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or Accounting preferred).
• 3+ years in payroll processing and HRMS experience.
• 3+ years in benefits administration.
• Workday experience a plus
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, FMLA, ACA).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
