Our client, a leader in benefits consulting, is looking to add a Benefits Sales Consultant to their team in Moorestown, NJ.

- Source and close new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, networking, and emails to achieve assigned quota.
- Understand customer needs and presents benefits performance assessment to prospects.
- Create and develop the benefits performance assessment.
- Research accounts, identifies key players, and generates interest.
- Maintain and expand database of prospects, contacts, and mailing lists.
- Attend relevant events in-house and with outside training promotes the potential to generate new business.
- Maintain personal networks and participate in professional organizational events.
- Revisit prospects that were not closed on the first appointment through relationship building.
- Maintain existing client relationships by working with AEs for client renewal, strategy, and plan performance meetings with clients.
- Expand and enhance selling techniques and practices to increase efficiency and results.
- Call existing and potential clients to secure attendance at seminars and workshops.
- Make follow-up calls to specific marketing campaigns.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in outside sales.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- Life and Health license to be obtained within the first 6 months of employment.
