* We will train you to become a Beverage Service Technician.

Responsibilities:


* Ensure your customers receive industry defining technical and customer service.
* Exceed expectations by listening to and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
* Complete all assigned work and associated paperwork.
* Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers.
* Adhere to all company policies and standards.
* Professionally communicate both verbally and in writing with customers as needed.
* Present yourself in a professional manner. Well groomed and neat appearance.
* Responsibly care for company assets (vehicles, equipment & parts).
* Maintain a good safety record.
* Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards.
* Travel as needed to respond to and support customer and business needs.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Field Service Manager.





Requirements


* Must be insurable with a good driving record and a valid drivers license
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently each workday
* Good working knowledge of tablet, cell phone, etc
* Mechanical aptitude
* Abilty to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service
* Prior technical/mechanical work experience is a strong plus
* Abilty to adhere to the Technician scorecard metrics
* Those with prior or current miliary service are encouraged to apply!
