About the Job
Genesis10 is currently seeking a BI Developer for a 6 month contract (with a potential to go perm) working a hybrid schedule with a client located in Milwaukee WI.
This role will focus on enabling Power BI self-service, handling ticket-based requests, and enhancing our reporting capabilities in an agile environment.

This role will focus on enabling Power BI self-service, handling ticket-based requests, and enhancing our reporting capabilities in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Power BI Support: Overflow support, feature requests, report optimization
- SQL & Data Development: Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support reporting and data access needs.
- SSRS Reporting: Maintain SSRS reports and manage subscriptions to support automated reporting.
- Microsoft SQL: Proficiency in query authoring, stored procedures, views, and performance optimization.
- SSRS: Experience in report authoring, and configuring subscriptions.
- Power BI: Skilled in DAX, Power Query, and Data Gateways
- SSIS (Nice to Have)
- Git (Nice to Have)
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical skills to extract and interpret requirements from business partners.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Commitment to testing rigor and quality ownership.
