Bi-lingual Administrative Assistant - (13197) - InGenesis

InGenesis is currently seeking a temporary Bi-lingual Administrative Assistant to work with our client in New York, NY. In this role, you will be working in the NYS Office of the Attorney General as the office manager.

Job Duties

· Answers simple phone inquiries; redirects to professional staff/MAP/HBE etc. as appropriate;

· Deals with difficult callers;

· Works to make sure the office has everything necessary to function

· Provides administrative support;

· Directs faxes, incoming mail, incoming phone calls, schedule and coordinate meetings, files, basic copying, faxes using e-fax and multifunction printer;

· Cooperates with fellow workers to achieve organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications

· Preferred Education: Bachelors Degree

· Maintains privacy and security of client data in accordance with HIPPA and DOH guidelines;

· Types accurately, creates, modifies and maintains word documents and excel spreadsheets;

· Responsible, efficient, detail-oriented and flexible;

· Language skills; Speaks Spanish

*Pay rate range commensurate on experience.
