Bi- lingual BCBA - Trailway ABA

Trailway ABA is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Bi-lingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, we are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

The Bi-lingual BCBA will play a vital role in our organization, providing comprehensive assessments, designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing ABA therapy for clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and have a passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients
• Implementing and supervising ABA therapy sessions
• Training and providing guidance to therapists and parents
• Monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
• Ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices in the field of ABA

Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Strong knowledge and understanding of ABA principles and techniques
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
