Send letter to patients with whom we cannot communicate to give appointments

Make sure orders are printed for each evaluation for BIM

Confirm all doctors and resources appointments for the following day

Arrive all incoming patients for all doctors in the system

Schedule appointments from daily referral list doctors and therapy Schedule follow-up appointments for all patients

Schedule appointments for labs or X-rays per doctor's orders Answer all phone calls Reschedule all "no shows"

Cover reception and be responsible for area during break time Qualifications for bilingual receptionist Receptionist experience (patient of customer/client facing

 1 year or more of answering multi-line phones experience

-front desk/patient or customer facing (non- medical acceptable)

Experience Scheduling/Confirming appointments Customer Facing Environment Answer member's questions at front desk
