Manage engagement, planning and delivery of a portfolio of Agile BI services for a MAXIMUS UK Division, including BI Roadmap definition, prioritisation, development, testing, deployment and adoption.
This position provides leadership in:
- Identifying, analysing and defining BI requirements and solutions,
- Design, development, adoption and regular production of BI reporting solutions, and
- Value adding BI service delivery including Planning and Data Science
- Meet operational challenges and transformation opportunities through effective engagement with business leaders and colleagues within the BI team.

London £70,000-£75,000pa
Business Partnering
- Create effective stakeholder relationships and develop an outstanding customer experience both internally and externally
- Support strategic planning and identification of requirements for current and future BI products and services
- As an SME you will oversee the management of business requirements and translation to a BI project definition through to user acceptance testing and sign off
- Oversee the Agile delivery for a portfolio of Production, Ad-hoc and Project BI Services supported by a BI Delivery Lead
- Work closely with BI Delivery Leads to meet business requirements and priorities
- Work with data and technical leads to provide effective BI solutions
- Work with BI customers to balance priorities and delivery of BI services within agreed Service Levels
Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level qualification or significant experience of working at a similar level in specialist area
- 5+ years BI experience with 2+ years in management of data, reporting and insight
- Track record delivering strategic BI solutions including cloud migration and integration of new operational systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of BI services and solutions including Azure BI platforms, SQL and a reporting platform such as Power BI , Qlik or Tabluea.
- Experience in managing Agile teams preferably on MS DevOps
