Bid Coordinator - Gray West

Gray is currently seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our team here out of our Phoenix, AZ location.

SUMMARY Under the direction of the Senior Estimator or Business Unit Manager, responsible for the coordination of specific components of construction projects and bid document management/coordination.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Coordinates proposals, bid package information and sub solicitation.

Post plans and specifications in bid software

Post Addenda as applicable.

Solicit subcontractors for applicable trades.

Contacting subcontractors to determine intent to bid.

Communicate with subcontractor regarding bid via phone and/or email.

Update bid software with subcontractors bid intention, including accepted, declines, etc.

Receive bids over fax or through email.

File bids into master file, database and physical job binder by trade/ scope.

Maintain database.

Composes and processes routine correspondence.

Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials. Determine if company can respond to bid.

Communicate with vendor on bid via phone and/or email. Track bid through bid software.

Preferred experience in: Procore, AEC 360, Building Connect, MS Office
