Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
Summary/Objective:
The primary objective of this position is to assist the construction and trade managers in obtaining, evaluating, and coordinating manpower, tool assignment, tracking, and administrative functions.
Essential Duties:
- Assist Managers setup training sessions
- Communicate effectively with various managers/vendors/agencies
- Coordinate and setup upcoming new hires with IT
- Assist with new hires when they onboard
- Track monthly tool report completion of Supervisors and Foreman's
- Track quarterly truck inspections to ensure fleet has been completed
- Issue harness/tool kits to new employees/existing employees
- Track documentation
- Assist in the facilitation of employee events and leagues
- Assist the Manager with projects and assignments
- Organizing and distributing key performance indicator metrics to the department
- Manage red box program with Milwaukee
- Performs other job related duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibility: N
Required:
- Minimum of a year of administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Functions effectively as part of a team
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work additional hours as necessary to meet business plan objectives,
- Ability to travel locally as necessary
- Must be able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail and demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Must be able to pass post-offer pre-employment drug screen, and may be required to satisfactorily complete additional background checks as required (i.e. DMV, criminal history)
- Must adhere to all company policy and procedures
- Must be available, and have the means to report to multiple job sites as assigned

- Works in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment
- Position may require visits to construction site
Physical Demands:
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopier, filing cabinets and fax machines
- While performing duties of the job the employee may work aloft, climb, bend, pull, reach overhead, stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
