Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract
Location: Whitestone, NY 11357
Duration: 5 months possible extension

As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will be:

• Office Services is responsible for performing a variety of clerical activities in support of their work teams in accordance with standard procedures.
• This includes clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, and distributing mail. Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.
• General administrative day-to-day office responsibilities including, screening phone calls, scanning, mail sorting, copying, overnight shipping, correspondence and file maintenance, etc.
  Handle confidential matters with proper discretion.
• Oversees documents for employee signature and proper follow-through.
• Ad-Hoc Projects as needed
• Experience: 2-4 Years.

• Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks
• Works on basic and routine assignments

• Selects correct processes from prescribed rules or guidelines
• Work is closely managed and follows details instructions
• Seeks regular guidance and advice from supervisor

• Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and email

• Organization skills is a must, with great time management

• Can operate a printer, scan and apply naming conventions to documents

• Completed High School (Diploma or GED)

Languages:

• English( Speak, Read, Write )
• Spanish( Speak, Read, Write )
• Croatian( Speak, Read, Write )

The ideal candidate will have: 2-4 years of Administrative support experience; Bilingual or Multilingual (English, Spanish/Croatian)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $20-25 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
