SUMMARY: The Agent Conversions Support will assist Territory Managers with gathering information for agent applications to convert in the states of Massachusetts, Connecticut y Rhode island. Helps manage the sales process from identifying prospects, cold calling, face to face meetings, product/ service demonstration to the vetting process of a potential agent.

- JOB SCOPE/ACCONTABILITY (for Management and Supervisory positions if applicable):
1. KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum experience and requirements:
- Authorization to work in the US.
- 1-2 years of success in outside sales / territory management preferred.
- Business-to-business cold-calling experience and negotiating skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Understanding of online tools for use in lead sourcing
- Strong attention to detail
- Business degree preferred or relevant years of experience in this field.
- Bilingual English & Spanish reading, writing and speaking. (Required)
- Money Transfer Industry or related knowledge is preferable.
2. KEY COMPETENCIES:
You will be responsible for driving the results and development of the organization. To be successful in this role, you must have at least the following key competencies:
- Support Territory Managers manage the entire sales process from identifying prospects, cold calling, face to face meetings, product/ service demonstration to the vetting process of a potential agent.
- Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, working with Territory Manager and agents; collect all information required.
- Actively and successfully manage the sign-up, set-up and training of an agent in our money remittance platform and compliance.
- Provide new and existing agents with standard merchandising and POS material.
- Regularly call on agency decision-makers and personnel to train, monitor product/consumer dynamics and develop strong relationships with agents to ensure long term loyalty to the company.
- Make fact-based recommendations on product pricing and commission.
- Execute both self-conceived and assigned marketing plans to support transaction growth.
- Analyze market data and company reports to address, reinforce, or correct market and/or agency performance trends and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Support various departments at headquarters to ensure that agents comply with policies and procedures.
- Secure and forward marketplace/competitive reconnaissance to senior management
