Bilingual Call Center Collections Specialist - Source Receivables Management

Source Receivables Management is currently seeking Bilingual (English/Spanish) Collection Specialists to join our rapidly growing Call Center team in our Greensboro, NC office! We are looking for professional candidates who have a solid work history, enjoy working in a competitive environment, and are fluent in both English and Spanish.

$13.00/hour plus UNCAPPED MONTHLY BONUSES!!!

This job is located at our call center in Greensboro, NC.

The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bilingual (Fluent in both English and Spanish)
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Background in customer service, sales, or collections is preferred but not required
• Great multi-tasking skills (candidate must be able to talk and type simultaneously)
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Strong negotiation skills are a plus!
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Must be able to work as a team and independently
• Maintains a positive attitude that supports the organizational culture and sparks teamwork

A two-week training course will be provided to all new hires. Attendance is 100% mandatory during training to ensure your success.
