About the Job
Ultimate Staffing is seeking BilingualCall Center Representatives to assist a client in the Denton County area.
In this customer service role, you will help customers feel more confident, make clearer decisions, and achieve their own financial dreams. You'll assist with a broad range of needs including answering questions about their 401k account balance and helping to make withdrawals, loans, account maintenance, provide education or resources.
Shifts and Hours: Monday - Friday. Training hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm CST
Post training must be able to work an 8hr shift between the hours of 7:30am - 11:00pm CST
Job Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service tenure and skill
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tactful
- Substantial call center experience preferred
- Bilingual required
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Minimum 1-year relevant work experience
- Ability to attain working knowledge of the Client's processes and requirements and be able to communicate this in a professional matter.
- Overtime when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Detail-oriented; data entry
- Reliable/dependable
- Problem solving and critical thinking
