Salary Range: $48000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Actively meet with business owners to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored commercial insurance solutions
• Prospect new leads, provided by the agency, and schedule meetings to grow your book of business
• Build strong relationships within the local business community
• Provide expertise on a range of insurance products, including general liability, commercial auto, workers' compensation, and property insurance
• Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients and ensure satisfaction with current clients
• Collaborate with team members to achieve both individual and agency-wide sales goals
• Stay updated on Farmers Insurance products and industry trends to provide the best advice to clients
• Bilingual communication (Spanish/English) required in all client interactions

• Must have reliable transportation to visit local businesses and attend client meetings
