BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.

We are looking for Insurance Licensed professionals.

Spanish, or Portuguese fluency is required, besides excellent English skills. Candidate must be authorized to work in US, no visa or sponsorship will be provided.

Salary Range: $3000.00 - $4000.00 per month

• Resolve customer inquiries over the phone;
• Pro-active customer maintenance calls (collections, renewals, pending docs);
• Documentation management;
• Sales campaigns;

- Fluency in Portuguese, or Spanish;
