Currently Seeking A Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative for a full-time temporary to permanent position in East Providence, RI.
Responsibilities of Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative:
-Perform data-entry for processing orders
-Prepare price quotations for customers
-Interact with Key Customer Accounts on a daily basis
-Monitor delivery utilizing back-door reports--Updated Customer Service Manager and customers on delivery dates
-Answer incoming emails in a timely manner
-Prepare paperwork for new accounts
-Create and send invoices upon request
-Send customer shipping paperwork
-Assist with department projects
Requirements of Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative:
-Previous experience working in Customer Service
-Precious metal experience a plus
-Great computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Bi-lingual - Spanish and English
-Good Attention to detail
Hours: 9:00am-5:30 pm Monday-Friday
