JOB REQUIREMENTS: THIS POSITIONS IS FULLY ONSITE. Remote and Hybrid
schedules are not an option. RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB ACTIVITIES: 1.
Answer incoming phone lines courteously and efficiently. 2. Support
customers in LATAM region, and other regions as required. 3. Learn and
maintain product knowledge. 4. Process customer orders through an order
entry system, per company standards. Become knowledgeable of product
information including checking order status, verify product
availability, pricing, applicable discounts, special private label
orders. 5. Process literature and sample requests as per protocol. 6.
Assist with special projects as necessary. 7. Perform daily opening
and/or closing office duties. 8. Operate office equipment such as
postage meter & scale, laminator, binder, and copier. 9. Create and
maintain electronic files regarding customer communications. 10. Greet
job applicants, vendors and other visitors as back-up to the Front Desk
Support position. 11. Maintain a neat, orderly and clean department and
work environment. 12. Be familiar with and follow safety rules and
emergency procedures. 13. May provide backup to domestic service teams.
14. Perform various duties and overtime as required. * OTHER
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION High School diploma or
equivalent is required. EXPERIENCE Minimum three years' office
experience required, including phone and Microsoft Office Products.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES The ability to work with limited
supervision is required. Professional, hard-working team player who is
accurate, detail orientated and has problem solving skills.
Self-motivated individual with effective written and verbal
communication skills. Organized and dependable and must be able to work
with all types of personalities and situations with the utmost
professionalism and diplomacy. Bilingual in Spanish required. EQUIPMENT
