DATAMARK, Inc. is currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative I. This position is onsite in El Paso, Texas.
In this role, the Customer Service Representative I will handle incoming calls and emails from customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product or service information in our call center. They will maintain accurate customer records, update account information, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members as needed. The Customer Service Bilingual Representative I will, at all times, strive to provide a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction in the call center. Pay rate is $14.00 hourly for this role.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner in the call center
- Provide efficient and accurate assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, or requests
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records in the call center
- Update account information as needed, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the call center
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members or departments for further investigation
- Follow up with customers on a timely basis to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution in the call center
- Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers in the Customer Service role
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of previous experience of customer service in a call center setting or 2 years customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful customer situations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
