Bilingual Customer Service Representative at TEKsystems

Location:

Indianapolis, IN

Description:

Contractors will be taking Inbound calls from Members. They will be on the phones most of the day. They will document calls into the system as they happen. Calls would include:

Members:

-Assisting by looking up what their insurance may or may not cover

-Issues with billing, requests for a new card

-If specific products will be covered by their insurance

-Updating address's in the system

-Locating doctors in the network for them

Once candidates master Inbound calls, they could move to take Outbound calls which include:

-Members call in and complete health screens.

-Set up profiles for candidates

-Assign serious issues to case managers

Qualifications:

Must have:

-Bilingual in Spanish and English

-2+ year(s) working in a Call Center, preferably insurance or physician's office

-Must have worked with Word, Excel, Web Based Systems.

-Must be able to hardwire into home internet connection

-High School Diploma or equivalent

Schedule:

-Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm availability

-Will work 8-4:30 or 9-5:30 3 days per week. They will need to be able to work 11:30-8am the other 2 days per week. This will be when they are out of training and fully remote.
