Education:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Clearance:
Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Skills/Knowledge:
Bilingual is a requirement, ability to speak, write, and read in Spanish proficiently.
Previous call center experience preferred.
Previous customer service experience.
Utilities customer service experience is a plus.
Medical office setting customer service experience isa plus.
Position Details
Full-Time IN OFFICE Position.
Interview process: Interviews will be conducted in a group setting with other candidates.
Bilingual Starting Pay:
In office
$17.50/hr for the first month.
$18.00/hr after the first month.
$18.50/hr after mastering Tier 3.
$19.00/hr after mastering Specialty and Dispatch.
Training Details
The training will be for 2 weeks and will also take place on the weekends.
Training will be held in the office.
Week 1 – Monday through Friday
Week 2 – 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday or 1 Sunday
Work Schedule
Your work schedule availability will be discussed during your live group interview with the hiring manager.
40 hour week shifts will cover anywhere from 6AM to 10PM.
It will be 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday or 1 Sunday.
Weekends are mandatory.
