Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their inquiries and providing efficient solutions.
Problem Resolution: Assist customers in resolving issues with their policies, or general enquiries, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible for future reference.
Language Support: Provide assistance to Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs and concerns.
Quality Assurance: Adhere to company protocols and standards to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions.
Requirements
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both languages.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers, listen actively, and show empathy.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.
