Rick Buckner - State Farm Agency, located in Albuquerque, NM is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service / Sales Representative. This is a position focused on Customer Service and sales for a well-established State Farm Agent. Insurance experience is not required we will train the right person with the right skill set!
If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Customer Service / Sales Representative, you’ll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answer phones and greet clients.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated

- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property Casualty license (must be able to obtain within 30 days)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain within 30 days)
