INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist for one of its clients located in Bluffdale, UT. The Solutions Center Rep will utilize their technical expertise and superior people skills to ensure a timely and customized customer-centric experience regarding all orders and technically related issues across various product lines. Employees are eligible for commission on consumer sales!
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Provides technical support and guidance on products (training on products is provided).
- Ability to close consumer sales
- Manages customer inquiries regarding orders.
- Handles and resolves customer complaints.
- Researching required information using accessible resources
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
- Initiate product replacement, tracking with delivery services and customer follow-up.
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally.
- Factory Store and Reception Desk backup
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent, is required.
- More than 1 year of customer service and/or technical support experience in a sales support environment.
