This is a direct hire position!
Salary
$40,000.00 to $50,000.00 Annually, Based on Experience
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Bilingual Dispatcher Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely scheduling and dispatch of shipments while managing the logistics of delivery, helping our drivers and clients stay on track.
- Serve as the key point of contact for drivers, clients, and warehouse personnel, swiftly resolving any issues or delays and keeping all parties informed in both English and Spanish.
- Track shipments, monitor progress, and provide up-to-date status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the logistics process.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Airtable to enter data, report metrics, and track the performance of logistics operations.
- Help improve efficiency by assisting in route planning, reducing delivery times and costs while maximizing resources.
- Ensure that all logistics operations adhere to company policies and safety regulations, maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.
Bilingual Dispatcher Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role within the logistics field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with logistics software including Airtable is a plus.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required for effective communication with diverse teams and clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
