- Responsibilities:
- Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for coordinating with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders. Dispatchers must clearly convey instructions, provide updates, and resolve issues. Bilingual Spanish is required.
- Organizational Skills: Dispatchers manage multiple tasks, schedules, and routes simultaneously. Strong organizational skills help them prioritize tasks and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to quickly and efficiently resolve issues, such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, or route changes, is crucial for keeping operations on track.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and data entry is vital to avoid costly errors and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Geographical Knowledge: A solid understanding of geography and familiarity with routes, traffic patterns, and weather conditions helps dispatchers make informed decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Dispatchers use various software systems for tracking, routing, and communication. Being proficient in these technologies is essential for efficiency.
- Time Management: Effective time management ensures that dispatchers can meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and optimize routes for timely deliveries.

- Minimum one year in the construction industry
- Ability to work 10-hour days when needed
- Ability to be on call (nights & weekends) bimonthly for one-week interval
