Job Title: General Manager - Restaurant
Location: NYC, NY; LA; SF (Relocation support available)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of service.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills (Bilingual English/Japanese preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
