Job Title: General Manager - Restaurant

Location: NYC, NY; LA; SF (Relocation support available)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of service.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills (Bilingual English/Japanese preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
