Job Title: Bilingual Japanese/English Freight Forwarding Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Manage import and export documentation and processes.
• Coordinate shipments and communicate with carriers and clients.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service in both Japanese and English.
• Assist in resolving shipping issues and discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics preferred.
