The Bilingual Audio Team Member converts Spanish and English documents from text to MP3's using various office programs. Will adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by our partners and produce a high quality product for the blind and visually impaired.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following
- Requires high attention to detail and should be able to consistently comply with our 100% data integrity policy
- Will work in custom-developed to develop the final product, however, visual inspection of documents for formatting and data integrity is required
- Listens to documents for quality and correct implementation of the rules and guidelines set forth by our partners
- Required to work in a secure environment where cell phones and devices that have the ability to connect to the internet and take photos are prohibited
- Ensure files are produced for clients in a timely manner while our 100% data integrity policy is being observed
Qualification and Skill Requirements
- Fluently speak, read and write Spanish/ English languages
- Self-starter, professional, conscientious and proactive, with the ambition to integrate into a fast moving, challenging environment
- Ability to respond positively and act with a sense of urgency to challenging work and deadlines
- Computer proficient to include Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Strong attention to detail, alertness and precision is necessary in this position
Candidate MUST be able to pass the following in order to be considered:
- a computer assessment (Microsoft Word/ Adobe Acrobat)
- a criminal and a client-issued background check
- a drug test (medical exemptions considered)
This opportunity is for a full-time, Mon-Fri, 40 hour work week.
