Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is currently seeking to fill the position of Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing Corporate Team in Bensalem, PA!
Front Desk Receptionist – Bilingual (Spanish)
ROLE SUMMARY
The front desk receptionist is a key administrative role in delivering positive support across the
organization. The ideal candidate will create and foster a warm and friendly experience for all company
interactions. The ideal candidate takes pride in ensuring our visitors and callers know they are
welcomed and cared for and have been directed appropriately. The ideal candidate is self-aware and
mindful of busy schedules, has excellent communication skills and pleasant telephone manner. The
receptionist will have ability to deliver a personalized experience and provide productive, memorable
first impressions of HCSG.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Receptionist performs a wide range of duties:
Reception/Front Desk
- Greet all visitors and provide a professional and positive client experience by welcoming,
directing and announcing them appropriately. - Sign all visitors into the system and provide a visitor badge as needed.
- Manage phone line switchboard; answer, screen, and forward all incoming phone calls as
appropriate. - Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers and distribute.
- Monitor company access with safety and security systems.
- Provide translate to Spanish speaking callers in order to direct to the appropriate department.
- Ensure employee and company information is confidential.
- Other duties as assigned.
Facilities
- Maintain front entrance, reception area, and breakroom, other areas
- Ensure waiting areas are clean and organized.
- Ensure office supplies and kitchen areas are fully stocked
- Appropriately escalate building concerns to management.
- Back up as needed to pick up mail from nearby office.
- Other duties as assigned.
General Administration
• Coordinate room setup, and at times catering for meetings
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning and photocopying for specific departments
• Schedule meetings and designate conference rooms as needed.
• Serve as networking team member, as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
• Proven 2-5 years of administrative experience working under pressure in a fast-paced and
professional environment.
• Experience provide translation services preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Strong customer service and ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize tasks/work
• Professional and friendly appearance with positive attitude
• Detail oriented and focused on accuracy in completing tasks
• Ability to take instructions, manage tasks, and follow through and complete assignments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; experience using computers, printers, laptops and
voicemail messaging systems and photocopiers/scanners
WORKING CONDITIONS: The Office hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Receptionist is primarily in an
office environment
