Summary
The Human Resources Liaison role will focus on supporting the integration of new hires into our workforce and the local community. The candidate will identify and address the needs and concerns of residents regarding newcomers, facilitating their effective adjustment to the area. Additionally, the candidate will manage collaborative efforts between service providers, faith groups, business partners, landlords, and other community stakeholders to address matters related to the plant, including AFG events for community partners. This includes representing Cimpl's during public and community meetings and addressing questions, concerns, and issues from residents, employees, and prospective employees.
Additionally, the community liaison will be responsible for assisting in cultivating a company culture, brand building, and relationship development within the facility.
As a Bilingual Human Resources Liaison, you will:
- Key partner to the Recruiter and Human Resources to assist and guide throughout the hiring process (source, recruit, interview, selection, offer, orientation, and onboarding).
- Perform recruiter duties as needed.
- Build relationships with new hires to aid in their success at Cimpl’s, LLC.
- Conduct frequent visits to the production floor to follow up with new hires and complete community checklist as needed.
- Answer new hires questions and identify areas of opportunity to aid new hires be successful in establishing ties within the community.
- Assist new hires in getting established in the community with information and support with housing, school, driver’s license information, etc.
- Answer their questions and assist with the benefit enrollment and access.
- Support the hiring and training process for the new hires.
- Provide referral services to the new hires to the services or local agencies.
- Maintain meaningful connections with local organizations and landlords to identify rental opportunities and/or services that can benefit new hires.
- Maintain a positive attitude and be proactive.
- Provide information and assistance related to the relocation assistance program to new hires.
- Complete documentation as needed (i.e., reimbursements, housing).

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).
- Must be willing and able to assist with recruiter duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Experience.
- Associate Degree in Business or related discipline.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
- Good time management, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to perform duties with minimal direction.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all types of employees, visitors, and the public.
- Must be able to work hours’ contingent on business need.
- This job requires access to confidential and sensitive information, requiring ongoing discretion, and secure information management.
