We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced bilingual paralegal to join our supportive legal team in Woodbridge, Virginia, on a full-time IN PERSON basis.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of immigration experience;
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in additional languages being a strong advantage;
- Positive, welcoming, and professional demeanor;
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple administrative tasks;
- Excellent writing skills and proficiency in English;
- EOIR experience is mandatory (MCH & IH).
Responsibilities:
As a paralegal in our firm, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring effective communication within the firm and with external contacts;
- Maintaining accurate record-keeping, scheduling meetings, and processing applications;
- Utilizing Microsoft Office and learning new software as needed;
- Supporting attorneys in the preparation, filing, and tracking of various immigration applications and petitions, gathering supporting documents, and other duties as assigned.
